As the first woman honored as an Associate Member of the Year by the HBAs of Mid- Florida and Lake County, she devoted her 20-year professional career to improving the mortgage finance system for the benefit of home builders and home buyers. Among her many achievements, she pioneered the innovative construction / permanent mortgage loan, promoted Fair Housing practices, and introduced builders to bondfinanced affordable housing.( Elected to Hall in 1997)
