Fondly remembered in his community as“ Mr. Homebuilder,” he was known for his business savvy, customer service and unwavering dedication to the building industry. He was one of the founders of the HBCA of Palm Beach County in 1953, and he served as its President in 1961. He was President of the Florida Home Builders Association in 1964 and Vice President of the National Association of Home Builders in 1966.( Elected to Hall in 1996)
