Where possible sponsor and exhibitors benefits will reflect the Face to Face event however certain benefits will need to change hence the reduction in cost to participate .
As a virtual Sponsor & Exhibitor your benefits will be recrafted . This may include but not limited to : -
• 30 seconds promotional / introductory video that will be played pre , during and post , delivery of educational sessions
• 5-10 second sponsor welcome
• Key sponsors will continue to be recognised on screen throughout the four day event
• All Sponsors & Exhibitors will be provided with a full page advert in the Virtual Summit Program
• Sponsors and Exhibitor will be encouraged to offer online delegate prizes ( format will depend on the technology available , currently under review )
• A dedicated Virtual summit website will replace the eMag . This website will be designed to drive traffic to sponsors and exhibitors
It is AfMA ’ s intention to host a Face to Face Summit . The Virtual Summit is a backup plan to ensure we can deliver the educational elements of the summit inclusive of plenary , breakout sessions , workshops and exhibitor technology exchange .
