Exhibitor Bump-In . Exact time will be confirmed closer to the event
20 MAY ( TUESDAY )
Exhibition Hall will be officially open for both Exhibitors & Delegates at morning tea and remain open until 5.30pm .
21 MAY ( WEDNESDAY )
Exhibition Hall will be open from 7.30am until Bump Out . bump out time will be confirmed closer to the event .
* Subject to change closer to the event . Vehicle exhibitors will be provided with custom bump in and bump out times .
Bump-In and Bump-Out times and regulations must be strictly adhered to . This is an OHS requirement and there will be no exceptions .
