The Australian Fleet Management Association ( AfMA ) along with its corporate partners - Pedders Suspension & Brakes , Geotab , Autorola , Ampol , Zurich Resilience Solutions and RedBook , have introduce an Industry Development Program ( IDP ). The purpose of this IDP is to assist businesses in succession planning , particularly by fostering the up-and-coming generation of fleet managers . The program focuses on empowering these individuals through the provision of insightful knowledge and a robust networking opportunity , thereby prepping them to take over the responsibilities of our experienced professionals .
