The Corporate Fleet Delegate Guest ticket is a distinctive educational tool for professionals dealing with a wide spectrum of fleet management duties such as vehicle upkeep , registration , coordination of pool booking procedures , driver safety initiatives , fleet acquisition and disposal , fuel management , vehicle record keeping , insurance handling , cost analysis , policy formulation for fleet , vendor relations for their organisations fleet .
The Corporate Fleet Delegate Guest ticket CAN NOT be used by members of the sponsoring / exhibiting team , nor transferred to industry partners who provide fleet services ( i . e FMOs , other fleet suppliers ). This ticket is specifically crafted for individuals whose main responsibilities are associated with fleet administration for their organisation ; hence it is not intended for industry BDMs , marketing teams , and others who do not have a hands-on connection with fleet management for their organisation .
Importantly , a Corporate Fleet Delegate Guest can not have attended AfMA ’ s 2024 Summit . This stipulation is to make certain that this educational opportunity is offered to a fresh set of individuals each year , thereby widening the scope of this initiative .
