Employee Pension and Retirement Programs
The Airports Authority is committed to responsibly funding employee retirement and post-employment benefi t programs. Strong funding performance across pension and post-employment benefi t plans refl ects disciplined long-term planning and reinforces the Airports Authority’ s investment in workforce stability and employee well-being.
As of December 31, 2025, the General Employees and Police and Firefi ghters Plans were funded at 91.6 percent and 87.1 percent on a market value basis, respectively( 87.8 percent and 83.6 percent actuarial basis, respectively). The Retired Employees Healthcare Plan( OPEB) was funded at 86.3 percent on a market value basis( 79.7 percent actuarial basis).
These programs strengthen organizational resilience by supporting recruitment, retention and long-term workforce continuity.

Cybersecurity is an essential component of the Airports Authority’ s regulatory compliance strategy and operational resilience framework.
Using a layered defense model aligned with the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework, the Airports Authority continuously strengthens protections for critical systems, operational technologies and sensitive information assets.
This proactive approach reduces risk exposure while supporting uninterrupted airport operations and safeguarding stakeholder trust.
