He has been known to whip up a chanterelle mushroom cream sauce to accompany locally raised pork chops cooked on the fire, showcasing the bounty of the local landscape. Top off the experience with a slice of homemade custard pie and chocolate chip cookies before you pack up and get back on the lake for an afternoon of fishing.
