behind.
Overseas, our partners continue to lead rebuilding efforts in Israel, foster technological innovation in education, and promote intercultural understanding in schools. Partner agencies like The Jewish Agency for Israel( JAFI) and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee( JDC) play a central role in helping communities recover, rebuild, and grow. These agencies provide direct assistance to families affected by conflict, support displaced Israelis, and strengthen local resilience through programs that restore stability and hope.
Other beneficiary agencies include those like Hand in Hand, which fosters understanding amongst diverse communities by bringing Jewish and Arab students together in bilingual schools that model coexistence and shared society. The Ethiopian National Project provides academic support, mentorship, and professional development for Ethiopian-Israeli youth and families, empowering them to thrive. Beyond Israel, JDC’ s
FSU Welfare Program delivers food, medicine, and home care to elderly Jews in the former Soviet Union who depend on this assistance for daily survival. Together, these efforts reflect the global impact of our local giving— strengthening Jewish life wherever it exists and ensuring that hope and dignity reach those who need it most.
The impact of the 2025 Annual Campaign reflects the compassion and resolve of a community that believes in collective responsibility. Together, we have built something extraordinary: a record year not only of fundraising, but of purpose. Federation CEO Adam Kolett shared,“ This achievement speaks to the heart of who we are as a community. It shows what is possible when people come together with generosity, trust, and a shared commitment to strengthening Jewish life.”
Federation extends its deepest gratitude to the more than 1,500 donors who made this achievement possible. Every gift, large or small, represents an act of partnership and faith in the Jewish future. Because of you, we
can continue to be the driving force that connects, protects, and sustains Jewish life in Charlotte, in Israel, and around the world. Thank you for standing with us, for giving generously, and for believing in the power of community.
