Alaskans settle for nothing less than the best small-batch spirits. Since 2015 we have been inspired by the epic scenery of our land to create spirits worthy of the most discerning adventurer. We focus on showcasing the uniqueness of Alaska’ s agriculture by distilling our vodkas, gins, and whiskeys from barley and rye grown in Alaska’ s rugged interior, not far from Denali’ s snowy peak. The far north’ s midnight sun and rich soil nourish these grains, giving them their characteristic Alaskan flavor. We finish them with fresh water that flows from the nearby Eklutna glacier.
Almost 100 tons of barley from Delta Junction and Rye from Palmer will be used this year.
