This October, hospitality leaders from across the state gathered on the Kenai Peninsula for the 2025 Alaska CHARR Annual Convention— three days of connection, collaboration, and celebration of our industry.

This year’ s convention brought together owners, operators, managers, suppliers, and community partners from around the state. With a focus on strengthening our statewide network, elevating professionalism, and supporting the businesses that keep Alaskans fed, housed, and welcomed.
