I am incredibly proud and deeply grateful for all we accomplished together in 2025. Every milestone highlighted in this year’ s annual report was made possible by the dedication and compassion of our employees, providers, donors, board members, volunteers and community partners. Their unwavering commitment is the foundation of our success and the driving force behind our mission.
As Nevada ' s first and only comprehensive not-for-profit integrated academic health system, our partnership with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine continues to strengthen the future of healthcare in our region. Together, we are expanding access to exceptional care, educating the next generation of healthcare professionals and advancing discoveries that improve lives.
The stories and accomplishments shared in this report reflect that commitment through first-of-their-kind achievements for our region, meaningful patient experiences, key milestones in care delivery and the investments shaping our future.
Our university faculty members and affiliation with the Orvis School of Nursing at the University of Nevada, Reno is helping build the healthcare workforce our communities need through scholarships and hands-on learning. At the same time, our research enterprise and clinical trials are translating innovation into tangible advances in care— bringing hope to patients and families when it matters most.
This annual report is more than a reflection on 2025. It is a celebration of what becomes possible when purpose, compassion and innovation come together in service of a healthier future. While much work remains, I am inspired by what we can achieve together and confident in what lies ahead.
