Capital Projects Although the Golf Club repurposing project was placed on hold until Summer 2026, the Club successfully completed several important capital improvements this year, including:
Expansion of the Market Terrace Installation of a full Golf Club generator Installation of a new generator at the West Course Completion of necessary safety improvements at Tennis, including waterline system upgrades Installation of new awnings and furniture at Tennis Installation of a new acoustical ceiling at the West Club Expansion of parking at the Chapin Lot and Clarkson Lane lot, adding additional parking spaces Relocation of the audio visual tower in the Ballroom to eliminate exposure to the elements
These projects reflect the Club’ s continued investment in infrastructure, safety, and the overall member experience while maintaining financial discipline.
