2025 Family Impact Ryan Brady

For Ryan and his son, Brian, golf has become more than a sport. It’ s time they don’ t get anywhere else. Brian began playing tournaments at just six years old, and since then, golf has created space for the two of them to slow down and be present together.“ Some of our best conversations happen between shots or at lunch after a round,” Ryan shared. Over the years, the game has taken them across the country, from Oklahoma to Mississippi to Virginia, turning tournaments into shared adventures.
On the course, their relationship shifts. They are not just parent and child.“ At golf tournaments we are teammates who work together to tackle the course.” Through every round, Ryan is there for the highs, the struggles, and everything in between. Each experience offers something new, making every round meaningful.
Golf also creates a different kind of connection for families. Unlike many sports, it allows parents to be fully involved in the experience. Walking side by side, encouraging one another, and sharing each moment builds a deeper bond. The game naturally teaches patience, honesty, and perseverance, while giving parents a window into how their child handles challenges in real time. That is why Ryan strongly supports the mission of the U. S. Kids Golf Foundation.
“ I’ ve seen what golf has done for Brian,” he said.“ It has given him confidence that stretches to other aspects of his life.”
Beyond the game itself, the impact is lasting. It’ s found in the lessons learned, the memories created, and the time spent together as a family.

“ Golf is where we slow down, show up, and grow together.”
