In 2025, there were 85,320 active VSGA members with a Handicap Index ®, an increase of nearly 7,000 golfers from the previous year.
A total of 2,431,314 rounds were posted by VSGA members, including 14,069 rounds at Virginia facilities on August 2, the busiest day of the year!
Army Navy Country Club had the most VSGA members at a green grass club with 2,389 members. The USGA / VSGA GC, an affiliate club, topped all VSGA clubs with 15,772 members.
There were 4,616 total entries into VSGA Championships and qualifiers, over 500 more entries than 2024.
A total of 7,051 golfers played in 90 One-Day Events- an average of 78 players per event.
