2025-2026 Textbook List( Grades 6-12)
• Please read all notes CAREFULLY to be sure you do not place an order for a book that will not be acceptable for the course. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
• Students MUST have their books in hand on the first day of school. Please order early to allow for delivery. If a book has not yet arrived, please be sure to send a copy of the receipt indicating the book has been ordered and the expected delivery date.
• Textbooks marked“ Same text as 2024-2025” may be available as hand-me-down books. All books that were given to CCS are available on a firstcome, first-served basis. Contact the office to schedule a time to view the book inventory.
• STUDENT FEES: All novel and lab fees( indicated below) are now included in the inclusive student fee. If you have not opted to have this fee rolled into your tuition payments, the fee is due before the first day of school.
• Where to Order: o You are free to purchase hardcover( non-consumable) textbooks used from the site of your choosing. Please pay attention to the notes section as some textbooks are NEW this year, and many textbooks are consumable and must be purchased annually. o Easy Ordering at the CCS Savvas Store( Pearson, Prentice Hall, & Savvas books as indicated in the notes section below)

• Use the“ Select” dropdown box to select the CCS course that pertains to your student. Savvas has already placed the correct books into the system for you. You will not need to use the ISBN; the ISBN may look different when ordering directly through Savvas as the book may come with a year of student digital access. NOTE: As of 7 / 6 / 2025, they have not yet removed the link to“ Grade 7 US History / Civics,” which will NOT be used by Grade 7 during the 2025-2026 school year.

Microsoft Products: Please note that the school provides each student with a Microsoft 365 account at no additional cost to parents. This includes access to use Microsoft products, such as Word and Excel, which will be needed for coursework, especially in high school. It is highly recommended that each high school student brings a personally owned laptop to school with access set up to the student’ s Microsoft account. Please email our IT Director, Keith Press, at kpress @ contactccs. org with questions or to learn more about your student’ s subscription.( Now that Microsoft no longer supports Windows 10, the school no longer has laptops available for students to borrow.)
