Additional Fees Applicable to Graduate Programs Course Fees( Online programs) The comprehensive fee contributes towards the cost of providing computer / technology access, activities, use of facilities and the other resources generally available to all students. Full-time Student Comprehensive Fee( DEMSN only) The comprehensive fee contributes towards the cost of providing computer / technology access, activities, use of facilities and the other resources generally available to all students. Graduation Fee The graduation fee covers only a portion of the costs associated with the University commencement events, including the cost of diploma printing, maintaining your academic records indefinitely, regalia, and all other administrative processes related to graduation. The graduation fee is payable in the semester the graduation application is completed. Payment Policy
Payment of tuition, fees, and other charges are due on the published due dates. Tuition is due in August for the Fall semester, December for the Spring semester, and April for the Summer Semester. Payment made by employer for reimbursement or payment plans must be arranged with the Student Billing office before the published due dates to avoid late fee charges each semester.
No student will be issued diploma( s) or certificate( s) or allowed to register for future classes until all financial obligations are cleared. Outstanding financial obligations must be discussed with the Student Billing Office before obtaining your transcript.
