In this course, students will learn the theory behind social media networks, how customers engage with these platforms, and how companies use this technology to build relationships and reach their audience. Discussions will include Social media strategy by platform and business goals and how to leverage social media across the customer journey. Students will be introduced to industry-utilized social listening and monitoring platforms and have the opportunity to conduct social media audits and post content on their classroom social media page. |
