Attorney Samantha McCarthy Jarvis founded McCarthy Law in 2018 with a vision: supporting families. Inspired by her grandfather’ s journey living with multiple sclerosis, Samantha saw firsthand how complex legal and care decisions can deeply impact loved ones. That experience shaped her mission to advocate for families facing life’ s most difficult transitions and to offer them the planning, support and protection they deserve.
Attorney Daphne Hamilton brings a similar personal passion to her practice. A graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law, Daphne focuses on estate planning, elder law, probate administration and real estate transactions. Her dedication comes from her own family’ s experience. She watched her mother care for her grandfather and petition a Massachusetts court for guardianship after his diagnosis with dementia and psychosis. Today, Daphne is known as a compassionate listener who helps clients plan ahead to avoid stressful and heartbreaking situations.
