RULES OF CONDUCT IN TOUR OF HOMES :
Due to increased demand for housing , newly constructed homes are selling in record time . Many homes initially offered to be available for preview during the Tour of Homes have since been placed under contract . While our builders discourage this option , many of the buyers prefer for their future home not to be open for viewing . Therefore , many homes featured in this publication will not be available for viewing .
To assist in planning your participation in the Tour of Homes , we encourage you to visit www . hbapd . com or click on the CR Code assigned to each home in the 2022 Tour of Homes Magazine for up-to-date postings on home availability for viewing . For many homes not available , a virtual tour of that home or one similar will be featured . Also , even though a particular home may not be available , we encourage you to visit that Subdivision to discover other homes that may be available soon .
• Small Children must be held by the hand .
• No Strollers are allowed in homes .
• Do not touch wall paper or finished walls .
• Please observe all parking signs .
• No Food , Drink , Smoking or Pets are allowed in homes .
• No sharp heeled shoes .
• Homes may not be handicap-accessible .
• Do not go into flower beds Use walkways when available .
• Property owners , Builders and the Home Builders Association assume NO Risk or Liability for accidents or loss .
