Each class is structured to provide progressive growth over the course of the session , and each set of obstacles and circuits are aimed at providing a foundation of strength , agility , and balance . Lil Ninjas
Lil ’ Ninjas Classes are the perfect way to introduce little ninjas , ages 3-5 years old , to the fun of tackling obstacles ! Classes focus on developing coordination and strength through skills such as balancing , hanging , jumping , climbing and running , while instilling self-confidence and teamwork in a safe and positive environment . Classes are 50 minutes long , including a warm-up , obstacle coaching and technique .

We ’ re all about building strength , agility , self-confidence , and continuous improvement- all while having a blast ! A camp day in the life of a ninja : Camp kickoff , rules , open gym , warm-ups , ninja warrior obstacles circuit training , and a variety of fitness games in morning and afternoon sessions .
