National conferences

Interventional cardiologists from the Dallas campus were involved in several national conferences in fiscal year 2024 . Several were speakers on timely cardiovascular topics , many were panelists , and a few joined fellows in training for poster presentations .

The Cardiovascular Innovations Conference ( July 2024 ) was co-directed by Subhash Banerjee , MD , FACC , FSCAI , who serves on the CVI Board of Directors . Held in Denver , Colorado , there were several representatives from the Dallas campus presenting including Nancy Vish , PhD , RN , NEA-BC , FACHE , president and chief nursing officer for Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital — Dallas , Fort Worth and Waxahachie . Other presenters from the hospital ’ s medical staff included interventional cardiologists Zach Rosol , MD , Jeffrey Schussler , MD , Robert Stoler , MD ; vascular surgeons , John Eidt , MD , Javier Vasquez , MD ; and cardiothoracic surgeon Charles Roberts , MD .
