Brandon served both AAMD and CAA as President , dramatically accelerating AAMD funding towards political initiatives , campaigns and legislative strategiy to protect our industry . As CAA President , he emphasized the collective power of local affiliates working more unified and stronger together .

He was the founder of the AAMD Maintenance Olympics event , has been Chairman or co-chair every year , not to mention Presenting Sponsor for 16 years . He has been the chief engineer of the NAA Maintenance Mania Program which is now held in nearly 80 different affiliates . IN 2016 , Ed won NAA ’ s National Supplier Excellence Award .
SCOT SELLERS INDUCTED 2018
Scot founded one of the largest and most respected apartment companies in the nation . Hie leadership led to major industry innovations and breakthroughs in technology in the industry . His company introduced many new practices to the industry including web-based credit scoring and online leasing capabilities .
LORI SNIDER INDUCTED 2021
Lori has provided education to AAMD members for over 25 years . Her diverse experience has made her a highly sought after and featured contributor on the stage at various AAMD conferences . She also donates her time and skills to smaller associations and acts as a mentor for future leaders throughout the country .
JACK SHAPIRO INDUCTED 2015
Jack is considered the Founding Father of the Suppliers Council and represented the best in AAMD for so long . His name and honor is memorialized in the AAMD Jack Shapiro Award which has been given out at Tributes since 1993 - honoring the best leadership among Supplier Partners .
TERRY SIMONE INDUCTED 2017
Terry has not only been an active member of AAMD , serving as a committee chair for at least five AAMD committees , but has also served as the NAA Regional Vice President as well as CAA President . He continues to be involved and supportive of our legislative efforts and dedicated a great deal of time towards AAMD ’ s charitable efforts .
