Washington Creek Distillery was founded in 2013, but founder and owner Trent Stewart says,“ I’ m brand new! While the business was founded in 2013, there were many obstacles that got in the way. It took 13 months from signing the lease to getting licensed with three different levels of government bureaucracy that I needed to work with.” He pressed onward, and the firm just bottled its first batch of aged bourbon( with“ hints of cherry, vanilla and a clean oak finish that is very smooth on the palate”) a few days before the Manufacturing Week bus tour visited its Woodinville distillery location. Washington Creek Distillery makes distilled spirits, vodka, liqueurs, bourbon and whiskey.
