The Lakeville Area Historical Society documents , collects , preserves and teaches the rich history of Lakeville . The historical society is in the Heritage Center , 20110 Holyoke Ave . The Lakeville Area Active Adults , with most programs at the Heritage Center , 20110 Holyoke Ave ., offers membership to those 50 and older . Lakeville Friends of the Environment was founded in 2007 and is dedicated to preserving and protecting the environment . Some events include the annual community bike ride , Tour of

The Lakeville Lions Club is the world ’ s largest and most active service club . Lakeville Lions was chartered in April 1953 and has around 50 members .
