Lakeville Area Arts Center campus — Located at 20965 Holyoke Ave . in downtown Lakeville , the Performing Arts Center and Fine Arts Building promote cultural enrichment and artistic experiences for the entire community by offering many youth and adult art classes , as well as a variety of music and theatrical productions , community art , exhibits , along with other events . The former All Saints Church was transformed into a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center featuring a 300-seat auditorium , multipurpose art studio , an Art Walk , exhibit spaces and catering kitchen . The Fine Arts Building opened in the former District 194 school in 2023 and features space for a wide range of classes . Lakeville Heritage Center — The 17,000-square-foot facility at 20110 Holyoke Ave . was created for use as a recreation and resource building for active adults , a gathering and support center for military veterans , a place to preserve local history , and space for banquets and meetings .
