RETAILER PROP COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS

KeHE does not undertake to provide you with any advice or guidance concerning your company ’ s obligations to comply with Prop 65 . Please consult with experienced counsel if you have questions concerning how to comply with the new Prop 65 warning regulations . Retailer ’ s continued purchase of products from KeHE shall constitute its acknowledgment of and agreement to this notice . KeHE will not be held liable for inaccurate or incomplete Prop 65 information .
