At the Airports Authority, our people are the foundation of our success. Many of our employees have dedicated 15, 20, 25 or even more than 30 years of service. This level of commitment refl ects the value we place on our workforce and the culture of stability we have cultivated. It also demonstrates how deeply we value institutional knowledge within the aviation industry. It is increasingly rare for an organization to have such a deep well of institutional experience across so much of its workforce, and we view this as a unique strength that sets us apart in our industry. Employee Recognition at the Airports Authority

In recognition of their extraordinary efforts, recipients are honored with a monetary award on behalf of the Airports Authority. Notable 2024 awardees included teams behind the Reagan National Runway Rehabilitation Project, the Dulles International AeroTrain Sole Source Contract, and the Airline Use and Lease Agreement.
