Eagan Market Fest – Held annually on Wednesdays , June to August , Central Park ’ s Festival Grounds and Eagan Rotary Band Shell at the Eagan Community Center , 1501 Central Parkway . Cascade Bay Season – Runs annually June-August , Cascade Bay Waterpark , 1360 Civic Center Drive , Eagan . Waterpark with leisure pool , zero-depth entry pool , waterslides , lazy river , sand play area , mini-golf , concessions , and more is open to the public . Farm to Table Dinner , Friday , Aug . 23 , 2024 , $ 65 , Holz Farm , 4665 Manor Drive , Eagan . Register at link from cityofeagan . com / holzfarm . Enjoy an intimate outdoor dining experience with music on the grounds of Historic Holz Farm . A locally sourced menu has been developed for this occasion . Registration includes appetizer , entrée and dessert . Drinks available for purchase onsite . Must be 21-plus to register .
Holz Farm Harvest Festival – Saturday , Sept . 21 , 2024 , 11 a . m . to 3 p . m ., Holz Farm , 4665 Manor Drive , Eagan . Hayrides , live music , animals , and live demonstrations . Eagan Art Block – Sept . 14-28 , 2024 , various locations including Caponi Art Park , Eagan Art House , and Wescott Library . Collaborative community experience of events and activities following the square mile from Wescott Road and Lexington Avenue to Diffley Road to Pilot Knob Road and back to Wescott Road . Fall Sound Garden – 12-4 p . m . Sept . 14 and 15 , 2024 , at Caponi Art Park , 1220 Diffley Road , Eagan . Event will feature a multi-channel sound installation of 70 speakers , each playing a different part of the whole piece of music , spread out over 3 acres of the park ’ s wooded paths and open clearings .
