Caponi Art Park – 1220 Diffley Road , Eagan . Free outdoor sculpture garden designed within a natural setting . Special events take place in the park throughout the year and some charge admission . Includes one of largest outdoor amphitheaters in the region . Hours in 2024 were Tuesday – Sunday : 9 a . m . – dusk , May – October . Office hours are Monday through Friday , 9 a . m . to 5 p . m . Cascade Bay – 3830 Pilot Knob Road , Eagan . Cascade Bay is the largest outdoor municipal waterpark in the upper Midwest . Includes the Twin Falls , Typhoon and Hurricane water slides and the Lazy River , zero-depth entry points , snack bar . Also has Captain ’ s Course , a nine-hole miniature golf course .
