Welcome to The BRoader Impact , an annual report designed to highlight how Blank Rome is making significant strides in support of our colleagues , clients , and communities . In this report , we are thrilled to share with you a sampling of the ways in which we are making an impact in our communities .
Leading with purpose , we combine our knowledge and capabilities with our passion for ensuring everyone has equal access to legal representation by providing pro bono services , volunteering our time and resources , furthering diversity and inclusion initiatives , prioritizing well-being , and elevating sustainable practices . I am so proud of the meaningful work that our colleagues are carrying out in our communities every day .
