Erica R . Graves : “ I came to the firm two years ago wanting to pursue a niche practice in labeling and advertising law . Blank Rome completely supported me and helped to remove barriers . So last year , Terry Henry and I launched the firm ’ s Labeling & Advertising industry team , focused on regulatory advice , litigation defense , and demand letters . It has been a nice value add for our clients , who would otherwise have to go elsewhere for this type of work .
The other great piece of advice I got regarding being promoted to partner was , ‘ Let people know that you want it and involve them in that process .’ So , I asked a lot of partners for advice and feedback , which I believe was also helpful .”
