Affinity Group Network Growth
Blank Rome ’ s affinity groups are professional communities that foster an inclusive workplace . These communities are spaces in which colleagues of all identities , backgrounds , and experiences connect across offices and disciplines , strengthening relationships within the firm and fostering opportunities for growth and development .
In the last two years we have more than doubled our affinity group network from four to nine groups . There are more than 600 participants in our nine affinity groups .
