Every day , we put people first . We are working to attract , hire and retain talented physicians , nurses and caregivers to further elevate the Renown network . Since launching a robust recruitment effort in February 2023 , we have welcomed over 600 new employees for in-demand clinical positions to our ever-growing team .
The truth is , Renown is unfailingly proactive in our approach to community health and well-being . Beyond hiring new team members , we continue to create access to best-in-class care by investing in new medical services , enhancing facilities on our campuses and increasing the number of private patient rooms . We do not waver in our support of local , not-for-profit partners who share our commitment to help northern Nevadans thrive .
All of our efforts are amplified through the support of our board members , donors , industry partners , volunteers , care teams , administrators and employees , whose dedication is directly reflected in our community ’ s appreciation of Renown Health .
