4 . Only those persons listed on the roster are permitted in the warm-up room with the team .
5 . All Coach and Athlete Members associated with a team must be listed on the roster .
6 . By associating the roster as indicated above , the Member Club and Club Owner implicitly agree to and are responsible for the terms of the Compliance Cover Sheet .
7 . Prior to the Event lock date , the Member Club must associate the Official USASF roster ( s ), through its USASF Member profile , for all the Member Club ' s teams attending the USASF sanctioned Event .
8 . The Member Club must notify the Event Producer of any roster changes made ( a ) after the Event locks or ( b ) after the team checked in and before the team takes the floor .
9 . Omission or misrepresentation , whether intentional or accidental , of an Athlete on or missing from the roster constitutes a compliance violation and will result in disqualification from the Event .
10 . Adult Members must bring government-issued identification to USASF sanctioned Events .
11 . While at a USASF sanctioned Event , the Member Club must monitor and enforce the Event ’ s warm-up room requirements for their Club ’ s Owners , Coaches , Personnel and Athletes .
B . For any USASF sanctioned Event , Event Producer Members must comply with the following provisions :
During its USASF sanctioned Event , the Event Producer must , to the best of its ability , investigate , address and resolve any reports or allegations of noncompliance by Members in attendance .
a .
Event Producers must ensure that every team representing a USASF Member Club competing at its Event has an official USASF roster associated to such Event .
b . Omission ( s ) or misrepresentation ( s ), whether intentional or accidental , of an Athlete on or missing from a roster constitutes a violation whereby the Event Producer must disqualify the noncompliant team while at the Event for which the roster was associated .
c . Any omission ( s ) or misrepresentation ( s ) discovered after the Event , whether intentional or accidental , of an Athlete on a roster constitutes a violation , and the Event Producer must :
i .
Disqualify the noncompliant team ; and / or
