Schedules

Pigeon Forge Mass Transit trolleys operate from 8 a . m . until midnight , early March through October . Daily operation in November and December is 10 a . m . -10 p . m . Trolleys do not operate on Thanksgiving , Christmas Eve or Christmas Day . Only service animals are allowed on trolleys .

Trams

If the fun of The Island in Pigeon Forge is on your agenda or if you are attending an event at LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge , no need to worry about walking from the city ’ s Municipal Lot . Pigeon Forge Mass Transit ’ s tram service carries riders to both locations and back at no cost .

Paratransit Service

All trolleys are equipped with lifts for wheelchairs and / or other mobility aids and may be accessed at any designated Pigeon Forge Mass Transit stop . For passengers that are unable to get to a trolley stop , a paratransit van may be scheduled for a next-day pickup by calling 865-453-6444 .

Paratransit van fare is $ 1 per person each way . One personal attendant will be permitted to ride free of charge , when accompanying a passenger with limited mobility
