1 . Release time is Saturday between 6:30-8:30 pm . 2 . Entries close July 14 . 3 . PUREBRED RABBITS ONLY . No Crossbreds . Rabbits must show breed characteristics to compete in the show . You do not need pedigree papers . 4 . Meat pen consists of three ( 3 ) animals of the same breed and color , not over 69 days old and weighing 3 1 / 2 to 5 1 / 2 pounds per animal . 5 . Animals must be in place by 10 pm on Tuesday . 6 . All animals must have a permanent ear tattoo in the left ear . 7 . RABBITS WILL NOT BE JUDGED IF EAR NUMBERS , BREED , COLOR , SEX , CLASS ENTERED ARE NOT LISTED ON
THE ENTRY FORM . 8 . No more than 2 premiums per class are allowed by any exhibitor . No substitutions except in the same class , sex or breed . No shipped-in rabbits will be accepted . 9 . No breeding will be allowed in the Show Room . 10 . The Fair Association will not be responsible for loss in case of fire , theft , accident or providential destruction . 11 . Every precaution will be taken and building will be monitored when open . 12 . The animals are fed and watered every day . 13 . Any sick or diseased animals will be dismissed from the building and scratched from the show .
