The back system for our CLIMBING SERIES offe s a lightweight , REMOVABLE ALUMINUM FRAME and a FULL-CONTACT CARRYING SYSTEM . The frame is very fl xible , but rigid along the horizontal axis in order to bear as much weight as possible . Thanks to its 3D shape , the backpack fits close y to the back and guaranties GREAT FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT and the best possible wear comfort .
The CONTACT PADS in our ALPINE SERIES lightweight back system ensure permanent CIRCULATION OF AIR , and make our backpacks a pleasure to wear during activities that involve a great deal of movement . In addition , the soft pads offer extremely high wear comfort .
NYLON 210D DURAMAX ® RIPSTOP
Despite being lightweight , this extremely strong nylon yarn is PARTICULARLY DURABLE and abrasion resistant . Thanks to its ripstop construction , this nylon fabric is also tear-resistant . The PU coating on the inside makes the fabric waterproof .
NYLON 420D MANSTAR
Our MOST DURABLE material . It offe s EXTREMEMLY HIGH SCUFF RESISTANCE and is therefore ideal for protecting against sharp edges . The PU coating on the inside also makes the fabric waterproof .
NYLON 200D / 210D HD RIPSTOP
Although the fabric is EXTREMELY LIGHT-WEIGHT , thanks to its ripstop design it is also resistant to tearing and abrasion . The inside is PU coated , making the fabric waterproof .
NYLON 420D OXFORD
Extremely lightweight , durable and high-quality nylon fabric . The weave of two yarns makes this material extremely STURDY and ABRASION RESISTANT . Nylon fabric is also one of the LIGHTEST MATERIALS that we work into our backpacks . The PU coating on the inside makes the fabric waterproof . The DWR coating makes the outside water-resistant .
