• Professional Development Program : a 4-year program intended for new employees .
• Supervisory Training Program : a 9-month program intended for current and prospective front-line supervisors .
• Manager Development Program : a 10-month program intended for middle managers who are potential successors to critical positions one to two levels below the executive level .
• Leadership Development Program : a 12-month program intended for potential successors to executive-level positions .
