Employee Training
The Employee Development team manages the entire training life cycle for all MWAA employees by identifying needed training and creating training materials , identifying third-party training resources , scheduling and approving training , and training delivery . Over the last 3 months , the Employee Development team facilitated numerous in-person and virtual training sessions on programming in psychological safety , communication skills , presentation skills , business writing , mentoring , COTR Roles and Responsibilities , Performance Goal Setting , and Emotional Intelligence .
