Rector ’ s Drew Henderson Looks to Shine in Senior Campaign . By : Ryan Fletcher
The Rector Cougars had one of the most successful seasons of any boy ’ s program in the state last season . The football team finished staterunner up , the boys basketball team made the final four , and their baseball team finished just behind Riverside for a conference title . The Cougars played for their first ever state title in football last season against Izard County Consolidated . Rector came up just a little bit short losing 36-26 . Playing for a state championship and under the lights of War Memorial Stadium is unforgettable experience that Henderson will never forget . He likes his team ’ s chances of playing
