The Breakfast Club
Weekly | 11 AM – 12 PM Coverdale Farm Preserve Come meet , learn , and experience our hens up close . Every participant gets to collect , wash , pack and take home a half dozen eggs ! Cost is per person and EVERYONE must register to participate . Member $ 12 | Non-member $ 15
Farm Hike
12 PM – 1 PM Coverdale Farm Preserve Animals , vegetables , flowers and nature oh my ! Each week learn something new about the farm by the farmers that work here ! Adult participation required . Registration not required - just show up !
Friday Afternoon Nature Hikes at Coverdale
3 / 17 , 3 / 24 , 4 / 14 , 4 / 21 , 4 / 28 2 PM – 4:30 PM Coverdale Farm Preserve Enjoy a Friday afternoon nature hike at Coverdale Farm Preserve with experienced naturalists . Hikes will be 1 to 2 miles . We ’ ll identify plants , birds , and look for wildlife in this beautiful natural area . This series runs in conjunction with the OSHER Lifelong Learning Institute class , Nature in Winter and Spring , but is open to anyone . Registration not required - just show up ! A $ 5 donation is suggested if you participate

Spectacular Spring at Coverdale
10 AM – 5 PM Coverdale Farm Preserve Saturdays in April bring fun on the farm ! Taste the season with Coverdale greens , check out the signs of springs , and discover the wonders of fleece with hands on experiences working with fiber donated from our sheep . Featured Activities :

Middle Run Valley Tree Planting
9 AM – 1 PM Middle Run Valley Preserve Help DelNature plant trees ! Adult participation required . Pre-registration required : DelNature . org / Events
NestWatch Training
6 PM – 7:30 PM | Virtual Learn how to check bird nest boxes and enter your findings on Cornell ’ s NestWatch database . This is training for DelNature volunteers and anyone else that wants to do this elsewhere . Led by Jen Llewelyn . FREE for everyone
