ROBERT WHITTLESEY INDUCTED 2018
It was Robert ’ s realization that there was a need for an organization to education owners on the management , efficiency and economics of apartment buildings . He met with 75 apartment owners and organized the Colorado Apartment Association which was chartered on December 7 , 1968 . He served as president through 1970 .
DEBORAH WILSON INDUCTED 2020
Debbie has provided legal guidance to AAMD / CAA regarding legal aspects and interpretations since 1997 and has taught countless Fair Housing Classes . She testifies at the Capitol regularly on legislation related to the housing industry . Since 2013 , she has chaired the PR Committee .
MARK WINDHAGER INDUCTED 2015
With nearly 25 years of AAMD volunteerism , Mark ’ s leadership guided us through a massive strategic upgrade in 2005 . He took on the very difficult but critical step of restructuring the AAMD Staff . His vision elevated positions and staff responsibilities to correspond to the professional standards we needed to help promote and protect the industry .
MEREDITH WRIGHT INDUCTED 2018
Meredith has developed her career from a leasing agent all the way through being an intregal part of two major management company start-ups . She has served as both CAA and AAMD President , Tributes 2015 Chair and has been a part of numerous committees and councils over the course of her career .
KAL ZEFF INDUCTED 2016
Denver ’ s “ undisputed king of the apartment development business ,” Kal was one of the most successful , though low profile developers on Denver . He developed over 10,000 apartment units and at one point employed a team of over 300 people . Kal supported a number of charities around the world but was never interested in notoriety or recognition .

With over 30 years of AAMD volunteerism , and as the AAMD Alliance Chairman for 12 consecutive years — he has helped raise and contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars in strategic political contributions . He leadership and expertise with our electoral strategies has been a cornerstone of what has made our association stand tall and protect our industry .
