Industrial machinery , which has always been an expression of Italian excellence , continued to attract the interest of private equity funds despite weakening macroeconomic conditions .

- ICAM , an Italian company specialised in design and production of innovative vertical lift modules and automated systems for the storage , retrieval , distribution , and sale of goods ;
- Next Imaging , a leading distributor in the imaging and machine vision sector ;
- Serinex , specialized in the production of toolholders and other mechanical components for machine tools ;
- Tatuus , a world leader in the design , production , and sale of racing cars .
Agritech is another noteworthy segment that has drawn significant investors ’ interest . We had the opportunity to work on the following acquisitions :
- Demetra Agrimaster , an Italian company active in the production of agricultural implements ;
- Urbinati , a leading developer of machinery and solutions for the automation of production processes in the plant nurseries market ;
- Ultrabatch , specialized in the production of polyolefins masterbatches additives for agriculture and other sectors .
In the packaging sector , fund managers have been particularly interested in investments aligned with circular economy principles , endorsing recyclability , biodegradability , and reduced environmental impact .
We have been involved in different transactions in the sector including the acquisition of Lario Plast , an Italian company active in the design and moulding of PET and HDPE bottles for the personal care , detergent , and food markets .
