TERMS & CONDITIONS
The signing of this agreement through the booth selection process indicates an agreement to comply with the regulations , instructions and conditions with all guidelines within the Exhibitor Agreement , booth guidelines and exhibitor service manual .
All exhibits shall serve the interest of the members of ISPA and be operated in a way that will not detract from other exhibit booths , from the Expo or from the event as a whole . ISPA reserves the right to decline , prohibit , or expel any exhibit , or item or feature thereof , which is believed to be inconsistent with the purpose and mission of the Association , this reservation being all inclusive as to persons , things , printed matter , product , conduct , sound level , etc . In the event of such restriction or eviction , ISPA is not liable for any refund of exhibitor fees or any other exhibit-related expense .
PAYMENT FOR SPACE A 50 percent deposit must accompany this signed Exhibitor Agreement and Terms and Conditions before assignment will be approved unless a custom payment plan has been authorized by ISPA in writing . The remaining balance for booth space is due by February 9 , 2023 .
All outstanding balances , including but not limited to those due for advertising , membership and sponsorships , must be paid in full by February 9 , 2023 . In the instance that priority booth placement was obtained as a result of participation in a special ISPA promotion ( advertising , sponsorship , etc .), all physical and / or monetary obligations of the promotion must be fulfilled . If outstanding balances are not paid in full by February 9 , 2023 , the exhibiting company will be subject to nonpayment penalties , including but not limited to , exclusion from print materials , inability to set up booth at the event , and booth cancellation .
All exhibitors must be active members of the International SPA Association at the time of booth selection through May 11 , 2023 . For distributors wishing to promote or display multiple lines in their booth , approval to represent multiple brands must be requested and approved through ISPA and each brand must be a member of ISPA to be considered for approval .
CANCELLATION POLICY In the event an exhibitor desires to cancel a reservation of booth space , an irrevocable written notice of cancellation (“ Booth Cancellation Notice ”) must be submitted to ISPA Headquarters . If the Booth Cancellation Notice is received prior to January 9 , 2023 , exhibitor will forfeit the prepaid 50 percent deposit , but will not be liable for the balance . If a Booth Cancellation Notice is received by ISPA after January 9 , 2023 , exhibitor will remain liable for 100 percent of the total booth fees . After the conclusion of the 2023 ISPA Conference , if all exhibit space is sold out , exhibitors that cancelled after January 9 , 2023 , will be entitled to a 50 percent refund of booth fees . At no time will Association membership fees be refunded . Cancelled exhibitors forfeit the right to utilize any exhibit staff badges , which are included in the cost of the exhibit space , and are not eligible to receive the attendee list .
