FLOOR PLAN Dimensions and locations shown on the official floor plan are believed , but not guaranteed , to be accurate . Show management reserves the right to change booth locations , or make such modifications as may be necessary to meet the needs of the exhibitors and the exhibit program . ISPA reserves the right to assign booth locations or adjust the floor plan as reasonably necessary .
BOOTH SHARING AND DISTRIBUTOR POLICY No exhibitor shall assign , share , sell or sublet any part of its assigned space , nor represent , advertise or distribute literature for the product or services of any other company or individual . Exhibitors are not permitted to feature names of non-exhibiting manufacturers , brands , distributors or agents in the exhibitor ’ s booth space unless the names or products are a subsidiary company or proprietary brand owned by the contracted exhibiting company or their parent company . Upon request , all exhibitors must be prepared to show proof of business relationship with affiliated company .
Distributors may submit a request to be qualified as an ISPA Distributor if multiple non-proprietary brands are requested to be displayed within a Distributor ’ s booth ( no more than one non-proprietary brand within a 100 square foot area ). ISPA defines a non-proprietary brand as a brand that is not owned by the exhibiting / sponsoring company . All exhibiting companies and approved brands displayed within an approved ISPA Distributor booth must be a current member at the time of selecting a booth through the duration of 2023 ISPA Conference .
In the published Exhibitor list , Exhibitors are allowed one ( 1 ) Company Name per 100 square feet of assigned exhibit space . Company name is exclusionary of any brands , ‘ dba ’, or product titles . ISPA reserves the right to review your listed company name and request an update if we find it is in violation of these rules .
EXHIBIT SPACE PROVISIONS & RESTRICTIONS All booth , canopy , ceiling and exhibit tower measurements must comply with ISPA booth guidelines . These guidelines , included in the exhibitor planning guide , will be followed by GES and ISPA and cannot be altered by exhibitors . ISPA reserves the right to request a copy of the booth layout and design , including use of airspace , prior to the event and to approve or disapprove said design .
All exhibit displays should be designed and erected in a manner that will withstand normal contact or vibration caused by neighboring exhibitors , hall laborers or installation / dismantling equipment such as forklifts . Displays should also be able to withstand moderate wind effects that may occur in the exhibit hall when freight doors are open . Refer to local building codes that regulate temporary structures . All displays will be inspected by GES and ISPA for structural integrity and cannot be altered by exhibitors .
Exhibitors should ensure any display fixtures such as tables , racks or shelves are designed and installed properly to support the product or marketing materials to be displayed upon them .
Standard equipment provided by ISPA as part of the exhibit space rental includes 8 ’ high back and 3 ’ high side pipe and drape , a basic paper identification sign , wastebasket and floor sticker . Carpet , table and
