X-LENS TECHNOLOGY

This technology is an enhancement of the Advanced Focus System ( AFS ). It can merge virtually any number of reflector lenses and synchronizes the individual light beams into one perfect beam . The result is a high-grade , homogeneous floodlight in unfocused mode and our most sharply focused high beam to date .

ADVANCED FOCUS SYSTEM

Galileo swore by the power of lenses , Newton swore by reflectors . We have simply combined the two technologies – but better than anyone before . The result : our patented ³ Advanced Focus System ( AFS ), which allows a seamless transition from homogeneous low beam to sharply focused high beam . The efficiency of the AFS even has experts thrilled .

SMART LIGHT TECHNOLOGY

This innovation makes your Ledlenser a personal lighting tool : A micro-controller allows you to program your individual range of functions with different touch and switch combinations . So you always have the perfect light mode at hand .

FLOATING CHARGE SYSTEM

Wireless and weightless charging : With the Floating Charge System , which can be wall-mounted , and its magnetic charging cable , the lamp seems to float in its mount and is ready to use with a mere flick of the wrist . In addition to charging the system via USB port , the system can also be plugged into standard outlets or connected to cigarette lighter plugs in cars via adapter .

OPTISENSE TECHNOLOGY

Whether it ’ s dusk , shaded , dim or pitchblack : With Optisense technology , your Ledlenser will automatically adapt to the current light conditions . The innovative dimmer controls the luminosity based on the reflection of its own light and prevents annoying glare effects .

SAFETY YTRION CELL

This battery technology is predominantly found in electric vehicles . But it ’ s also perfect for Ledlensers . A Safety Ytrion Cell is considerably lighter than a nickelmetal hydride battery and can be charged up to five times faster than a lithium-ion battery . Plus it offers more than 5,000 charge cycles with virtually zero capacity loss due from the “ memory effect ”.

RAPID FOCUS

When you focus and defocus a flashlight or headlamp , the reflector lens moves in relation to the LED . With conventional mechanical systems this is done , for example , by turning the head of the flashlight . Since we found this technology too slow and impractical , we developed Rapid Focus : a single-hand mechanism used to change the light beam lightning fast – using one hand .

WIDE BEAM

Our wide beam format takes into account that the human field of vision is around 180 ° degrees horizontally and only around 130 ° degrees vertically . The oval shape of the light and the wide beam technology makes things twice as safe : You don ’ t only see more , but are also seen from every angle .

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Hard work leaves our lights cold : Thanks to the intelligent and completely automatic temperature control , a Ledlenser never gets too hot , no matter how much you use it . This protects you from burns and the LED from overheating .

EMERGENCY LIGHT

Turns your flashlight into an emergency light : If the power goes out while your Ledlenser is in the charging base , it will automatically turn on . So the light helps you to find your bearings , and then to find the fuse box , for example .

We have developed all of our products and put to them to the test . Only those which can withstand the toughest conditions will bear our name . And since we are confident in quality of our products , all Ledlenser lights are covered by a warranty period of up to seven years ( product registration required ), which far exceeds the average warranty period .
