LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy April Eaglebrooke ,
I would like to begin the newsletter by welcoming Maddie Gray to the Eaglebrooke Team . Maddie will be splitting time between the Administrative Office ( Membership Billing and Sales ) and the Golf Shop . She has a lot of Golf Course experience on her resume and will be a great addition to our team . Please make sure to give her a warm Eaglebrooke welcome when you see her at the facility .
The Member-Guest Tournament is scheduled for May 5th – May 7th . All eligible participants should have received an invitation via email . If you have not received an invitation , you can pick one up in the Pro Shop . We will begin accepting Entry Forms on Friday , April 7th @ 7am . Please note , all “ guests ” must have an established USGA Handicap ( which must be provided at time of registration ). If you plan to play , please double check with your guest to ensure they have an active handicap . Incomplete Entry Forms will not be accepted . For questions , please contact Rick Weber @ rweber @ eaglebrooke . com .

As of recent , we have experienced some issues with folks using the Golf Course parking lot as a permanent parking space . As a business , our current stance on this is as follows :
• We are more than happy to assist our members / residents for short term parking .
• We ask that you make us aware of parking lot use by emailing info @ eaglebrooke . com or rroberts @ eaglebrooke . com . Historically , we have always allowed people to short term park guest vehicles , work vehicles , RV ’ s , trailers , etc .
• We do want to avoid any sort of long term parking .
We have been slightly delayed in getting the Membership Survey sent out . Please keep an eye out as we plan to have this emailed to our membership in the very near future !
