Walk-In Wednesdays
8:30 – 9:30 am No-appointment tours offered throughout the school year with the exception of the following dates : 11 / 9,11 / 23 , 11 / 30 , 12 / 21 , 12 / 28 , 1 / 4 , 4 / 5 , 4 / 12 , 5 / 24 , 5 / 31 .
Application Procedures
St . Ursula Villa accepts applications at all times for all programs . Apply ( and pay $ 75 fee ) online at stursulavilla . org / admissions or submit application forms ( Student Application and Supplemental Application ) and $ 75 application fee .
Siblings of currently-enrolled Villa students or children of Villa alumni (“ Legacy ” applicants ) receive priority consideration if applications are received before December 10 , 2022 .
Kindergarten through Grade 8 applicants must also submit copies of previous school records and standardized test results to the Admissions Office . These records are reviewed and , if approved , a shadow day is arranged .
Enrollment Agreements for the 2023-24 school year are sent to qualified applicants in mid-January . Enrollment is finalized with return of the signed Enrollment Agreement and payment of a non-refundable tuition deposit ($ 500 ). Applications in the wait pool are offered openings as they become available through the enrollment process .
