An icon of contemporary architecture , Valletta ’ s Parliament building is the first of its kind in Malta . Consisting of two massive blocks of stone , carefully balanced on slender columns as part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site , the foundation required a very special substructure . We ’ re proud to have worked with an exceptional team of architects , structural engineers and surveyors , to create the advanced foundations needed for the iconic building in which the most important decisions are taken for our country .
